Biography:
Chris Jericho was born in Manhasset, New York on November 9, 1970. His father, Ted Irvine, played for the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League at the time. During the season, the Irvine family would live in New York and then spend the off-season back home in Winnipeg. Chris lived in various cities throughout his dad's career but Winnipeg was home.
Chris earned a degree in journalism at Red River College in Winnipeg.
